Information you choose to send
When you submit the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if provided, event type, date, city or venue, approximate guest count and your event notes. If you arrived through a tagged campaign link, its UTM attribution may also be included so we can understand which campaign generated the enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, confirm availability, prepare a tailored quote, plan a requested performance and maintain appropriate booking or business records. We do not sell enquiry information.
Delivery and retention
The form sends your enquiry to enquiry@aayushisharmalive.com. The information remains in the official booking inbox and related business records only for as long as needed for the enquiry, booking, legal or operational purposes.
Security and abuse prevention
The website validates form fields, rejects cross-site submissions, uses a hidden spam trap and rate-limits repeated requests. A one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address is used for abuse prevention; only request timestamps from the preceding 15 minutes count toward the limit. Temporary-file cleanup and standard server access or security logs are managed by the hosting provider under its own policies.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Official Instagram and YouTube pages open only when you choose their links and are then governed by those platforms’ privacy policies.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes. Contact enquiry@aayushisharmalive.com.
